Inro is all about creating a safe space where we learn about your fashion needs & desires, and our Subscription Rotations do just that. The ongoing rotation (with 3-month minimum terms) allows us to learn about you, while you get your bang for bucks.

step 2
Share your Fit & Style
Upon payment, the fit & style preferences form will guide you to enquire & explore your ‘yes’s & ‘no’s. This shall take approximately 5–10 mins, with a measuring tape.
A link to this form will be emailed if you choose to fill it later (maybe with a cup of tea).
The form has prompts & choices to upload your social links, style icons, photos, Pinterest link, and/or write a love letter/ poem if you wish!
Hot Tips: More ‘yes’es are fun for exploration & experimentation, but ‘no’s avoid disappointment!
step 3 - week 1
Receiving your rotation
You’ve done the hard yards - now leave it to the expert…our team!
In an ideal world, your rotation is ready within 1.5 weeks (10 days) from your form submission date. If you are joining our Preorder queue (it will clearly state on our ‘Rent’ page), dispatch vary as we grow our resources to serve a broader community. We try our best to keep all preorders within a month from the day we received your form.
You’ll be notified via email from our courier partners with a tracking link!
Hot tips if your bag comes in a reused shoebox: the strings used to secure the box are always tied in a way that can be easily reused for return. Keep them in your box ready for reuse during your returns.
step 4
Wear for a month
Have fun placing these curated pieces back in-rotation with your wardrobe!
A Magic Link to your Dedicated Inro Page will be emailed to you within week 2 of your rental period, with style tips & suggestions for you to mix & match them with your existing clothes.
Please make sure our email address aren’t in the junk land!
All personalised info will be available on your page, including your conscious purchases price list, return instruction & AFTRO (After Rotation Form to update/ request/ change your fit & style preferences).
step 5 - week 4
Keep what you love, let go of the rest
Anytime throughout your month-long rental period, you can choose to consciously purchase any of the pieces for a second hand price from your Dedicated Inro Page. Items not returned will be considered sold, please email us to organise an extension if you do not intend to keep them forever.
Extension is also available per box, by week/month.
Pack the rest into the original box or the zero waste bag (beta-testing) to return them. Your return slip is provided, ready to be stuck on top of your original slip. Be mindful that a courier surcharge might be applicable if you deliver back a bulkier box - avoid!
bonus step:
Donate for credit
Creating more space for your mind & home…? You can include your less-loved pieces in your return in exchange for credit!
We encourage letting go in small batches to keep our growth sustainable, directly in line with what our community is seeking on our Donation Guide, (updates frequently). Unlike Op shops, we avoid the challenges of warehousing, and strive to move them on responsibly if not accepted.
At inro, you can expect the most responsible way of extending their lifespan, while saving you time & effort. They are also 100% out of landfill at their end-of-life.
Hot tip: You are part of our community - donate what you would love to receive in your box! It must be within the shoebox size (12L) and below 3kgs. Otherwise, the difference in courier charges may be applicable.
